Indoor Cats and Some Dogs Welcome with Additional Fees. Maximum of 2 pets per home. Pets must not weigh more than 50 pounds. Dogs require $800 deposit and $50 pet rent. Cats require $800 deposit and $50 pet rent. Breed restrictions: Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids, Perro de Presa Canarios, Doberman Pinchers, Rottweilers or any dog that has the above breeds in their lineage are not permitted at our community.
